Relevant units: In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of the Party Central Committee on promoting the development of the elderly product industry and improving the elderly care service system, the State Council's " "The 14th Five-Year Plan for National Aging Care Development and Elderly Care Service System", and the "Smart Healthy Elderly Care Industry Development Action Plan (2021-2025)" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the National Health Commission, are scheduled to hold a series of light industry innovative products for the elderly in Qianhu City, Anhui Province from November 20 to 26. The industrial and information technology departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and relevant industry associations are invited to actively recommend outstanding units to participate. The first conference will present awards to the winning entries of the first National Light Industry Aging-friendly Innovative Products and Intelligent Health Solutions Competition.

Enterprises and institutions, higher vocational colleges, scientific research institutes, etc. that develop, design, and manufacture innovative products for the elderly in the light industry field and provide intelligent health solutions.

4. Registration method

Units participating in the conference should scan the QR code in Appendix 2 via WeChat and fill in the participation receipt online to register; units participating in expos and competitions should fill in the corresponding registration materials (see attachments 1 and 3 for details), stamp them, scan them and send them to the email addresses qgzscq@163.com and zhjkyl@cheari.com. 2. Competition Direction

The National Light Industry Aging-friendly Innovative Products and Intelligent Health Solutions Competition focuses on providing the required elderly-friendly products with healthy or intelligent attributes, or a scenario service platform composed of multiple products for the elderly's daily life, health monitoring, functional diet, bathroom lighting, sleep aid, leisure and entertainment, safety protection and other scenarios.

Mainly involves light industry age-appropriate household appliances, furniture, lighting, bathing, sitting Toiletries, kitchen supplies, standing aids, educational toys, care products, and healthy foods.

3. Schedule

The competition adopts a model where the expert judging panel assesses basic points and experience points, and combines them with online voting points.

1. Registration stage (from the date of issuance of the notice to October 20, 2023): Participating units submit entries.
2. Basic material evaluation link (October 2023): The competition organizing committee will organize an expert jury to evaluate the basic scores of the entry materials.
3. Online voting session (October 2023): The competition organizing committee will organize and build an online display platform and voting window for the entries. The public will vote online for the entries and convert them into voting points.
4. Display and experience session (November 22, 2023): An exhibition area for competition entries will be set up in the first Light Industry Innovation Products Expo for Aging held in Wuhu. It is recommended that all participating units participate in the exhibition to facilitate the actual operation and experience display of the works on site. The organizing committee organizes expert judges to evaluate the experience points of the entries.
5. Awarding session (November 23, 2023): Expert judges will evaluate the relevant award works based on the scores in the above three links, and award the awards at the First Light Industry Aging-friendly Innovation Product Development Conference held in Wuhu.

4. Participation conditions

(1) Requirements for entries
1. The competition is open to the whole society, and no entry fees (except exhibition fees) will be charged from participating units. Enterprises and institutions, higher vocational colleges, scientific research institutes and other legal entities can register and submit entries.
2. Entries are recommended by legal entities and must comply with relevant laws, regulations and competition rules.
3. The entries must meet the requirements of the competition question, and the title of the work should reflect the main features of the solution.
4. The entries must be original works. The participating units own the complete intellectual property rights of the works and shall not infringe on any other person's patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights, or violate relevant national laws and regulations.
5. Works that have participated in the first competition and won awards are not allowed to participate in the competition again unless they have been significantly upgraded.
6. All submitted entries and related materials will not be returned in principle.

2. Relevant certification materials
Basic qualifications and technical ability materials of participating units, third-party testing reports, certification certificates and user evaluation reports of the entries. It needs to be scanned and sorted into PDF format files.
3. Work introduction PPT, demonstration video or video link
Display the main content, application effects, etc. of the product or solution to help the review experts intuitively understand the entries. It is recommended that the introduction file be in .pptx format and the video file format be in .mp4 format.

Please print all the above registration materials and stamp them with the official seal of the unit to which they belong. Scan them into PDF files and package them together with all other electronic documents and compress them into RAR format files. The name format of the compressed package and all files in the package is "unit name + entry name".

5. Expert Review Committee

The expert review committee is composed of academicians, experts and scholars, representatives of health care institutions and other experts in the fields related to intelligent health and elderly care.

6. Judging Principles

Entries will be judged mainly from the following aspects:
1. Product (innovation, safety, age-appropriateness, intelligent health attributes, etc.);
2. Solution (innovation, feasibility, ease of use, application value, etc.).

7. Awards and application of results

The competition will set first, second and third prizes. The winning works will receive certificates issued by the organizing committee of the competition. The competition will carry out relevant publicity and release of the winning works, and give priority to recommendations to civil affairs units, social health care institutions, relevant units in the elderly care and elderly care industry chain, and senior care communities.

In order to ensure the public welfare of the event, the organizer of the competition is responsible for the establishment of the organizational structure, fund collection and use, etc., and accepts supervision from all walks of life.
