The "2015 Never-Return Train" has arrived at the station. When we board the "2016 Never-Return Train", we can't help but look back on the past. For the LED display application industry, 2015 was an extraordinary year. Vertical and horizontal mergers and acquisitions, new listings, bankruptcies and other phenomena occur from time to time. Of course, the most unforgettable ones should be those beautiful and spectacular display cases. No matter how the industry changes, they always show people a beautiful and prosperous side.
Hangzhou Meikale Optoelectronics, as a new force in high-end brands in the field of LED packaging, has developed rapidly in recent years, and its product quality has reached the international top level. It continues to invest more than 10% of sales as R&D funds every year. They use unique process solutions and glues, and continue innovative research in aspects such as sealing control, high and low temperature resistance, and UV resistance. They have been recognized by many first-tier brands around the world and have reached in-depth cooperation relationships. Sales have grown exponentially, doubling every year for three consecutive fiscal years in 2012, 2013, and 2014. Such performance deserves awe. In the industry, everyone calls it the "Mecale phenomenon." So why is it that in the trap where everyone in the industry is trying to increase revenue without increasing profits, Mecale is able to stand out? Let’s appreciate the classic display cases that have been distributed around the world using Meica instruments in the past two years. Maybe you can get inspiration and answers from them.
I believe that both equestrian enthusiasts and industry experts will know such a project. It is a 4K ultra-high-definition LED large screen from ChurchillDowns Racecourse in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. This LED video wall can be called the world's largest high-resolution LED video wall launched by Panasonic that year. It uses the MC-LAMP346 series of in-line light-emitting devices provided by Meikale.
In order to support the 1.2 million-pound, 80-foot-tall behemoth (approximately 544 tons in weight/24.4 meters in height), engineers had to bury the foundations deeper than before (12 steel beams, 45 feet deep at the base). It is said to be currently stable enough in winds of 90 mph (145km/h).
In terms of parameters, Big Board can provide a resolution of 9 million lines, display 281 trillion colors (trillion colors), and can even be seen clearly by people 1,000 feet (about 305 meters) away.

The following sports display project comes from Australia and is installed on the fence screen of a cricket stadium in Melbourne, the capital. The stadium is a symbol of Australian sports history and was also the venue for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games. When modern technology blends with history and culture, we can imagine how shocking it was when a goal was scored, tens of thousands of spectators cheered, and the fence screen surrounding the stadium started to dance. The display screen for this project is provided by a Chinese company and uses MC-S3535WSE series SMD LEDs from Meikale Optoelectronics, with a total quantity of 19KK pcs.

Let’s take a look at a domestically impressive project, which was installed at the Hanxiu Theater in Wuhan, Hubei, my country. The Han Show Theater LED flying screen has a total area of 224.92 square meters and is installed on three giant robotic arms. The robotic arms can complete 360-degree rotation in 90 seconds, sail, splice, and split in the air at will, with a lifting range of 27 meters, showing a strange effect. "International show, world stage", the world-class "Han Show" created by Wanda Group has kicked off at the end of 2014 and has created many world cultural bests. It is the world's first navigation and mobile LED giant screen, using Meikale MC-S3030BHA series optoelectronic devices. The premiere of this project on December 2, 2014 brought a strong visual shock to the Chinese people.

Global first-class lighting brand center & international LED light effect experience center - Guangdong Zhongshan Starlight Alliance. People who have been to the scene will be amazed by the shocking visual feast of LED light. This project uses MC-S3030WH series SMD lamp beads, with a total quantity of about 15KKpcs. These large giant screens sometimes create a dreamlike world of light and shadow, and visitors seem to be watching a huge 3D movie; sometimes they change shapes in conjunction with the opening ceremony, looming and drifting, and stage a giant LED lighting masterpiece, which is infinitely exciting and turns the audience high!
Among them, the 1402㎡ dome< Starlight Alliance 1402㎡ dome< Another LED project from the Starlight Alliance Lighting Brand Center, the creative fish tank, is equally eye-catching. The design and manufacturing team was bold and creative and hung three creative fish tanks at both ends of the canopy, with diameters of 5 meters, 4 meters and 3 meters respectively. The fish tank uses an all-weather waterproof AirULTRA-6 high-definition LED display. "Diffuse smoke" is sprayed out from around the screen, and through a special control system, the scene of fish playing in the water can be played. All of them are also made of Meikale's MC-S3030WH series lamp beads. Creative fish tank creative display (using Meikale Optoelectronics MC-S3030WH series lamp beads) In order to create a visual focus, the design team worked with international top design masters to design 4 high-definition ultra-thin gauze LED screens 12 meters high and 4 meters wide for the canopy, with a total screen size of 192 square meters. The gauze screen hangs down from the 60-meter-high sky like a waterfall, overflowing with light and giving an extremely shocking dynamic visual effect. High-definition ultra-thin gauze LED screen (using Meikale Optoelectronics MC-S3030WH series lamp beads) Let’s look at the case of the 2014 Second Nanjing Youth Olympic Games. LED displays were installed in almost all 25 competition venues, with a total area of more than 3,100 square meters. These displays mainly use the Meikale MC-S3535WSE series products. Being able to participate in such a high-profile global sports event is a sign of trust in the Meikale brand. It is worth mentioning that as a brand of the listed company Silan Micro, Meikale has been committed to the R&D and manufacturing of high-end LED packaging devices. In recent years, it has been developing rapidly and is obvious to all. At present, international first-line display companies such as Daktronics, Watchfire, Lighthouse, and Samsung have recognized and used Meikale’s lamp beads in large quantities. I believe that in the future, Meikale will continue to spare no effort to work hard on quality, and will also launch new products that are closer to market demand. They firmly believe that what is changing is not only the present, but also the future. We look forward to working with the screen factory in the future, under the leadership of General Manager Jiang Zhongyong, to set an example for the industry and bring us more beautiful cases and surprises!
