Considering various factors, Absen adjusted its market strategy in Sichuan Province. On January 21, 2016, Chengdu Zhongde Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was established as the provincial operator of Absen in Sichuan Province to jointly develop the market in Sichuan Province and some southwest regions.
