Application of LED display technology in the field of intelligent transportation

Characteristics of LED display

Among them, LED display equipment products have the following characteristics in actual engineering application scenarios:

(1) LED display screen has high brightness and reasonable viewing angle. The release of road traffic guidance information is mainly for road traffic participants, generally driving vehicles, so the viewing angle of the display product is not high. Since the display content of the display product should maintain a certain degree of clear visibility when sunlight directly hits the front of the display screen, the display product is required to have a high brightness.

(2) LED display products can work continuously and adapt to different environmental conditions. Since the workplaces of traffic information induced LED displays are generally under outdoor conditions, and the related external environment is relatively complex and changeable, environmental requirements such as the maximum and minimum temperatures of the workplace, rainfall, ambient humidity, air quality, and extreme weather should be taken into consideration to ensure the stability and reliability of traffic information display to the greatest extent.

(3) LED display can be remotely monitored to achieve intelligent detection. Due to the usage requirements of actual scenarios, the installation locations of LED displays used to release traffic information are usually distributed over a large area. In this scenario, the traffic management control center is generally required to implement appropriate monitoring of individual LED display products on site. It is more convenient to use remote control for daily maintenance and environmental testing of LED displays, and it also saves resources.
