Why did China Guangcai settle in "Nanchang Optics Valley"?

(1) Policy guidance and corporate strategic layout.

The Nanchang government has given full play to the advantages of silicon substrate LED technology, with the Nanchang Optoelectronics Industry Research Institute and the National Testing Center as the core, to improve the electronic information industry manufacturing cluster, and strive to create the "Nanchang Optics Valley". As a company listed on the New Third Board, we have ushered in broad development opportunities driven by the two wheels of industrial operation and capital operation. The leaders of the company assessed the situation and adjusted the corporate strategy to lay a solid foundation for the future development of Huaxia Guangcai.

(2) Complete infrastructure to assist enterprise development.

The first phase of the 20,000-square-meter factory is expected to release production capacity in September this year. The second phase will release production capacity in the second half of 2017. By then, the total factory area will reach 60,000 square meters. The park is fully equipped with supporting facilities such as apartments, leisure squares, and commercial streets.

(3) Radiating to "ten provinces and one city", the products will arrive in the evening

After the base is completed, product distribution can radiate to the surrounding "ten provinces and one city" centered on Jiangxi, and can reach Zhengzhou, Linyi and other places in the north, and arrive in the evening.

(4) Clustered industrial chain, more competitive advantages

“Nanchang Optics Valley” has settled a number of well-known domestic upstream chip companies, and also gathered midstream packaging companies and PCB supply chain clusters with Shenzhen Zhaochi and Guangzhou Hongli as the core. As the first LED display application manufacturing company to settle in the park, Huaxia Guangcai will use the advantages of the industrial cluster to create more market competitive products.
Choosing "Nanchang Optics Valley" will usher in new opportunities for the development of Huaxia Guangcai. In the future, we will provide customers with higher quality, more cost-effective and competitive LED display application products.

How will China Guangcai seize development opportunities?

(1) Build a national manufacturing base for outdoor surface mounts

The first phase: 20,000 square meters of four industrial 4.0-level fully automatic outdoor surface mount production lines, which will be put into operation in September. The production capacity will reach 400-500KK/month, and the monthly output value is 40-50 million/month, which is equivalent to the production of 30,000 square meters/month of P8 outdoor surface mounts.

The second phase: The factory with an area of ​​60,000 square meters will be put into use in the second half of 2017. The outdoor surface mount production capacity is expected to increase to 800-1000KK/month, which is equivalent to the production of 60,000 square meters/month P8 outdoor surface mount.
After the establishment of the national manufacturing base of Huaxia Guangcai Outdoor Surface Mount, a new market structure has been formed.

(2) Optimize the industrial chain and strengthen quality.

On the basis of maintaining the original superior surface-mount technology, we will build an injection molding workshop and a sheet metal workshop to further optimize the supply chain and process flow, and standardize and strengthen product quality.

(3) The "two centers" go hand in hand and complement each other.

By introducing new equipment, the indoor surface mount production capacity of the Shenzhen headquarters will reach 1500-2000KK/month in August this year, with an output value of 60-70 million yuan/month. Combined with Nanchang's outdoor surface mount production capacity plan, Huaxia Guangcai's monthly output value will reach 120 million to 150 million by 2017, and the goal of achieving an output value of 1 billion in 2017 will be just around the corner.
