Bohuite wins the bid for BOE Crystal Core MLED production expansion equipment order

On May 11, Bohuite announced that the company successfully won the bid for BOE Zhuhai Crystal Core Mini/Micro LED COB expansion project equipment bidding, involving three types of equipment: automated online transmission system, vacuum laminating machine and crystal expansion machine.

According to reports, the winning equipment is mainly for the high-end manufacturing of Mini/Micro LED. Among them, the vacuum laminating machine is suitable for SMD, COB, GOB and other product laminating processes. It adopts high vacuum laminating and deaeration technology to reduce bubbles, wrinkles and other problems during the laminating process; the automated online transmission system can realize automatic flow of materials, reduce manual intervention, and improve the automation level of the production line; the crystal expansion machine is developed for the Mini/Micro LED crystal expansion process and supports high-precision crystal expansion spacing control to improve product yield and production stability.

It is reported that the total investment of the Zhuhai Jingxin project is about 1 billion yuan. It is located in Zhuhai Huafa Pingsha Electronic and Electrical Industrial Park, with a factory area of ​​more than 40,000 square meters. The LED displays produced by the project cover all mainstream point spacing applications, the production line reaches the thousand-level cleanliness standard, the full automation rate exceeds 95%, and the planned monthly COB production capacity will reach more than 10,000 square meters.

As the production capacity construction of Zhuhai Jingxin Project advances, related core equipment manufacturers are also expected to benefit from the expansion of the Mini/Micro LED industry chain. Bohuite, which participated in the equipment supply this time, was founded in 2005.
