British NVC is not affected by

Recently, NVC Lighting, China’s largest lighting company, started a boardroom battle, which led to the suspension of production at the Wanzhou factory, one of the company’s four major production bases.
On August 8, NVC Lighting stated that its board of directors had voted to remove CEO Wu Changjiang and the company’s three vice presidents, and appointed Wang Donglei as the new CEO. However, Wu Changjiang refused to accept the decision to be dismissed.
Hong Kong's South China Morning Post reported that NVC stated in its transaction application filed on August 14: "Mr. Wu has unreasonably and without legal basis refused to obey the resolution of the board of directors and relinquish his position as CEO of the company. Mr. Wu's continued actions are having a negative impact on the company's operations and the interests of the company's shareholders." "The picture shows Wu Changjiang appearing at the opening ceremony of NVC in Birmingham, England in 2012. NVC's Wanzhou factory has temporarily suspended production since August 8. After Wu Changjiang's supporters refused to hand over control of the Wanzhou factory to representatives authorized by the board of directors, 2,000 workers went on leave. The Wanzhou factory is one of NVC's four major production bases, accounting for 25%-30% of NVC's sales.
"In order to prevent the company's funds from being misused, NVC has notified the bank to suspend all payments from the bank account of the Chongqing Wanzhou factory, all payments from the bank account of NVC's mainland subsidiary NVC Lighting (China), and all payments from several bank accounts of Huizhou NVC Lighting, another mainland subsidiary." NVC's filing shows. But claims that wages paid to employees have been frozen are not believed.
NVC also stated that the company has taken emergency measures to minimize the impact of this and to take full control of the company's operations as soon as possible and effectively.
British lighting design magazine Lighting contacted NVC Lighting UK and provided the following statement:
1. NVC Lighting Ltd. (NVC Lighting Ltd), located in Birmingham, England, has been informed of the dispute between shareholders of its parent company, NVC Lighting Holdings Co., Ltd. ”
2. From an operational perspective, NVC Lighting Co., Ltd. is an independent company with its own British management team. With more than 100 employees, we have our own offices and warehouses (90,000 square meters) and hold large inventories to support our wholesale customers. The Birmingham-based subsidiary continues to operate normally and has achieved strong sales growth, particularly over the past month.
3. In China, NVC has four main production bases. Among them, only the normal operations of Chongqing Wanzhou were affected. The local government in Chongqing acted as an intermediary to mediate the dispute, and negotiations are continuing.
4. The small quantity order of NVC Lighting Co., Ltd. that is being processed by the Wanzhou factory has been dispatched as scheduled. Other NVC factories supplying NVC Lighting Co., Ltd. with more products will not be affected.
