On June 15, Bull Group issued an announcement announcing that the company had completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures. The total number of shares of the company was changed from 601 million shares to 890 million shares, and the registered capital was changed from RMB 601 million to RMB 890 million, an increase of approximately 48%.

In addition to the above matters, Bull Group also announced that it has obtained the "Business License" renewed by the Ningbo Municipal Administration for Market Regulation. Except for the change in the registered capital, the company's other basic industrial and commercial registration information has not changed.

According to the announcement, Bull Group was established on January 18, 2008, and the company’s legal representative is Ruan Liping. The company's business scope includes the manufacturing, processing, research and development of household electrical appliances, distribution switch control equipment, wires, cables, hardware tools, electrical equipment, electrical accessories, connectors, plastic products, hardware accessories, electric light sources, lighting fixtures, lamp electrical accessories and other lighting appliances.

In 2022, Bull Group will focus on the three major tracks of electrical connections, smart electrical lighting, and new energy, continue to promote product innovation and brand upgrades in traditional advantageous businesses such as converters and wall switches and sockets, and accelerate the expansion of new businesses such as new energy electrical connections and smart mainless lights.

It is reported that smart electrical lighting focuses on the pre-completion phase of users' home decoration, including wall switches and sockets, LED lighting, bathroom heaters, circuit breakers, smart door locks and other electrical lighting products.

In 2022, Bull Group achieved revenue of 14.081 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.70%, of which the smart electrical lighting business achieved revenue of 6.849 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.39%. In 2022, LED lighting product revenue increased by 37.67% year-on-year.
