Can the LED screen in the distance withstand the "wetness" in "Back to the South"?

Another year of "returning to the south". "Hui Nantian" generally refers to the relatively severe wet weather in the south, which mainly occurs in February and March in spring. Traditional LED screens are affected by moisture and are prone to damage to varying degrees, but the new COB display will not have such problems. Why is there such a difference? 1. Moisture-proof traditional LED displays require moderate ventilation, placing desiccants indoors, and regularly cleaning the dust attached to the inside and outside of the display. The work is cumbersome and inconvenient.

2. The new COB display screen basically does not require maintenance due to its good moisture-proof performance.

The new COB display screen is also an LED display screen, but compared with the traditional SMD display screen, it has many significant advantages and represents the future development direction of indoor small-pitch full-color display. Its advantages are reflected in:

Advantage 1: Excellent moisture resistance

ü (1) If a glass of water is poured down, there will definitely be a gap between the mask and the lamp bead in a traditional SMD screen (otherwise the mask cannot cover it), and the water will remain on the screen along the gap, and even penetrate into the bracket legs of the LED lamp bead, causing a short circuit failure; a traditional LED screen has 1 million solder pins per square meter, which will oxidize, get damp, or even fall off when exposed to the outside.

ü (2) The OLED COB screen has no mask, and the only contact surface with the PCB board is tightly sealed with epoxy resin, and its moisture-proof performance is comparable to that of outdoor screens. It is almost impossible for a lamp to die due to moisture, and COB has no soldering feet, which makes it more stable and does not worry about the soldering feet getting wet.

Advantage 2: Anti-collision and compression resistance

ü (1) It can be clearly seen from the previous structural diagram that the traditional SMD package is a "convex" type, and the lamp beads are easily affected by impact and extrusion, causing damage to the lamp beads or solder breakage;

ü (2) while the Aureida COB package is a "concave" type , the lamp beads are directly strongly protected by the PCB board, and the anti-collision and compression resistance performance is significantly improved;

In contrast, the new COB display screen has great advantages over the traditional LED screen. Users are most concerned about humid weather and long-distance transportation, which is no longer a problem for the COB display screen. You no longer have to worry about the damn "return to the south" and long-distance transportation.
