At the InfoComm China 2025 exhibition, Chenxian Optoelectronics once again brought the latest mass production masterpiece-the world's thinnest TFT-based Micro-LED box. The thinnest part of the whole cabinet is less than 10mm, achieving "0" micron physical seams and a height difference of less than 10 microns, setting a new record again. It also allows the LED display to not only be used in commercial displays, but also to play the role of Micro-LED ultra-clear and ultra-thin in high-end scenes such as conferences and education. The new generation of 135-inch P0.7 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen created by Chenxian Optoelectronics has the advantage of ultra-high display performance, with a peak brightness of up to 1500nits, a contrast ratio of >6,000:1, pixels of 1.64 million/㎡, and a DCI-P3 color gamut of >98%. Through the integration of AM+TFT drive mode, 0.5T ultra-thin glass as the substrate, high-voltage low-current LED chips, fully-laminated aluminum brackets and other technologies, the screen has also formed four major advantages: eye protection, splicing effect, high reliability, and energy saving, helping the efficient application of Micro-LED technology;

The world's first TFT-based Micro-LED texture screen of Chenxian Optoelectronics - "Illusion InviLux", adopts micro-nano texture coating technology, which can present a variety of texture effects such as wood grain, marble grain, metal grain, etc., allowing Micro-LED to perfectly integrate into various scenes when the screen is inactive;

For emerging transparent display applications, Chenxian Optoelectronics demonstrated the world's first P0.5 TFT-based Micro-LED transparent screen product. Chenxian Optoelectronics uses micron-level LED chips and high aperture ratio TFT transparent substrates to achieve a single-screen transmittance of 72%, a record for transparent displays. It also has an ultra-high brightness of 3000nits, allowing it to be used in vehicle-mounted transparent displays, high-end commercial windows, museum cultural relic showcases, aerospace, rail transit and other scenarios.

For the home theater application market, Chenxian Optoelectronics has brought an 88-inch P0.5 TFT solution to benchmark Micro-LED TV products from international manufacturers. Facing the demand for higher-definition displays in the consumer market, Chenxian's 88-inch P0.5 TFT solution has a pixel density of 3.93 million/㎡, a peak brightness of 2,000 nits, a contrast ratio of over 10,000:1, a vertical and horizontal viewing angle of 170°, and a DCI-P3 color gamut exceeding 99%. The plan paved the way for Chenxian Optoelectronics to explore the consumer market in the future.
