China Urban Lighting Summit Forum will be held in Nanchang

Power saving and energy conservation have long become key considerations for urban lighting managers. As a new force in green lighting, LED has also been widely used in road lighting pilot demonstration projects. Since the concept of "smart city" was proposed, the intelligent practice and application effects of the new generation of information technology characterized by intelligence in urban lighting have gradually emerged.

Under the new normal, China's LED outdoor lighting industry is facing unprecedented policy opportunities, unexpected technological upgrade space and huge market potential, and has very broad development prospects. The LED Lighting Development and Application Conference has achieved great response in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Ningbo, Dongguan and other places, and has created a strong brand influence in the entire lighting industry. This conference will be held in Nanchang on April 28, aiming to build a high-end communication platform for the popularization and application of China's lighting industry technology.

During the 13th Five-Year Plan, the semiconductor industry was regarded as a key national support project. On November 30, 2015, Jiangxi Provincial Changlu Xinshe hosted the 53rd Provincial Government Executive Meeting to determine the implementation plan for building the "Nanchang Optics Valley" and building a Jiangxi LED industry base, accelerating the development of the LED industry, and striving to build a 100-billion-dollar LED industry. By 2020, the LED industry in Nanchang Optics Valley will achieve an annual main business income of 50 billion yuan. Currently, Nanchang has formed an industrial cluster led by leading companies such as Jingneng Optoelectronics, CECEP Jinghe Lighting, Hongli Optoelectronics, and Lianchuang Optoelectronics.

As a large province in central China, Jiangxi is also at the forefront of the country in the promotion of LED lighting applications. Bayi Avenue is the first urban main road in the country to use LED white light lighting. In 2015, the Nanchang Light Show on both sides of the Yangtze River won the Guinness World Records certification for the "Most Buildings Participating in Fixed Sound and Light Show" project, and added a beautiful report card to urban tourism.

With the updating and upgrading of lighting industry technology, the marketing model of LED lighting is also quietly changing. EMC, BT, etc. cannot meet the traditional government-enterprise cooperation needs. Under the PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) model, private enterprises and private capital are encouraged to cooperate with the government and participate in the construction of public infrastructure. This has also brought new challenges and opportunities to the lighting industry. Innovation and integration are imperative.

The China Urban Lighting Summit Forum aims to build on the original LED Lighting Development and Application Conference in Nanchang, the national LED town, in conjunction with municipal units, industry associations and lighting engineering companies in Jiujiang, Shangrao, Yingtan, Guixi, Pingxiang, Ganzhou and other places to conduct research on LED technology patents , LED lighting conducts market and policy analysis, effect and application evaluation, and conducts a comprehensive discussion on the technological progress and market development of the LED lighting industry, especially under the guidance of smart cities, the combination of LED lamps and intelligent systems, smart lighting technology, and discussions on how private capital participates in project construction and other issues.
