It will vigorously undertake the national major productivity layout and actively develop complete vehicles, complete machines and complete equipment in Chongqing's central urban area and Chengdu, forming a number of industrial bases and industrial clusters with national influence.
Among them, in terms of the new generation of electronic information manufacturing industry, accelerate the pace of transformation of electronic parts companies in the western Chongqing region, promote the clustered development of printed circuit boards, passive components, metal structural parts, optoelectronic cameras, etc., and better support the construction of a new generation of electronic information manufacturing industry clusters in western Chongqing, the city and the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle.
Leveraging the advantages of numerous industrial categories and rich application scenarios in the western Chongqing region, we will actively introduce energy electronic products and new consumer electronics products, accelerate the engineering, industrialization and commercialization of sub-millimeter/micron light-emitting diode (Mini LED/Micro LED) panels, nano-silver transparent conductive films, etc., and build new growth points for the industry.
Relying on the advantages of electronic components, we will expand and strengthen the scale of existing products such as smart door locks, vigorously develop smart home products such as smart monitoring, remote control of home appliances, smart lighting, smart kitchen appliances, smart speakers, smart bathrooms, etc., and actively introduce new consumer electronic products such as smart projection displays, smart headphones, smart bracelets, smart watches, smart glasses, smart helmet displays, and smart service robots. By 2027, the new generation electronic information manufacturing industry cluster in western Chongqing will achieve an operating income of 200 billion yuan.
In terms of advanced materials, we will link up with the development of strategic emerging industries such as integrated circuits, new displays, and new energy in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and accelerate the development of new strontium salt materials, high-purity reagents, electronic special gases, photoresists and other electronic chemicals, as well as new coating products such as environmentally friendly water-based coatings, high-solid coatings, and high-performance anti-corrosion coatings. By 2027, the advanced materials industry cluster in western Chongqing will achieve operating income of 150 billion yuan.
In terms of spatial layout, each district in the western Chongqing region will establish no more than 2 leading industries, and the municipal level will coordinate and focus on promotion; establish a number of characteristic industries, and urban areas will accelerate development. Support various districts in the western Chongqing region to use their own resources to develop other industries in accordance with the principle of "no restrictions or entry".
Among them, Yongchuan District gives priority to the development of intelligent network-connected new energy vehicles and components (intelligent cockpits, intelligent driving, intelligent vehicle control, etc.), new energy materials, and the development of new displays, new energy motorcycles, chemicals, intelligent manufacturing equipment, etc. By 2027, industrial enterprises above designated size will achieve operating income of 330 billion yuan.
