Colorlight (301391.SZ) IPO plans to issue 17 million shares, and subscription will start on November 22

On November 14, Gelonghui, LED display control system solution provider Colorite (301391.SZ) disclosed a prospectus. The number of shares planned for public issuance is 17 million shares, accounting for 25.00% of the total share capital after the issuance; the preliminary inquiry date is November 17, 2022, and the subscription date is November 22, 2022.

From 2019 to 2021 and January to June 2022, the company's operating income was 330 million yuan, 395 million yuan, 582 million yuan and 271 million yuan respectively; the net profits attributable to the company's shareholders were 62.7884 million yuan, 63.7894 million yuan, 108 million yuan and 53.640 million yuan respectively.

If the stock issuance is successful, the funds raised (after deducting issuance expenses) will be used for LED display control system and video processing equipment expansion projects, marketing services and product display center construction projects, Colorite R&D center construction projects and supplementary working capital according to the priority of investment projects.
