In cooperation with Samsung, three-dimensional optoelectronic products use high-voltage linear drive solutions with independent intellectual property rights, and are the first to use the world's leading chip-scale packaging device, Samsung LM131A LED. Samsung FC (Flip-chip) LED has very high precision requirements for SMT. Stereo Optoelectronics uses military-quality high-precision thick-film circuit technology to make substrates, making the product extremely cost-effective and ensuring excellent performance and super stability. It has given a very good start to the rapid promotion of FC LED in the country.
