Upstream: The company's revenue and profits are growing, but executive salaries are falling instead of rising

Aoyang Shunchang, whose LED business revenue performance was also very impressive in 2014, should also have outstanding executive compensation, right? That is not necessarily true. Among the executive salaries of 14 companies, the lowest and the highest annual salaries in 2014 both appeared in the LED midstream field. Xing Qibin, chairman of Jufei Optoelectronics, topped the list with an annual salary of 992,100 yuan. From the perspective of the lighting field, the salaries of the chairman of Sherrett and Jiawei Co., Ltd. have shown amazing consistency: neither increase nor decrease.
