As a leader in the industry, the executive compensation of LED listed companies has become an open secret. On the occasion of the release of each company's 2014 annual report, the editor gathered the "report cards" of executive compensation of 14 listed companies to see who is the "real rich".

Upstream: The company's revenue and profits are growing, but executive salaries are falling instead of rising

Whether it is a series of "supplements" or spending 866 million to complete the company's employee stock ownership plan, Sanan Optoelectronics seems to be adhering to the style of "high-profile work, low-key life". In 2014, Sanan Optoelectronics still maintained its leading position in the mainland LED industry chain with a net profit of 1.46 billion yuan. However, the salary of Sanan Optoelectronics Chairman Lin Xiucheng went from 323,600 yuan in 2013 to 297,100 yuan in 2014, a decrease of 26,500 yuan.

Aoyang Shunchang, whose LED business revenue performance was also very impressive in 2014, should also have outstanding executive compensation, right? That is not necessarily true. Shen Xueru, chairman of Aoyang Shunchang, said in 2014 The salary was only 290,000 yuan, an increase of 2,000 yuan compared with 2013. The annual salaries of general manager Chen Kai and Lin Wenhua, who also served as deputy general manager, financial director, and board secretary, decreased by 99,900 yuan and 51,000 yuan respectively in 2014.

If such a pattern prevails in the upstream, then Huacan Optoelectronics’ executive compensation will be easier to explain. In 2014, Huacan Optoelectronics turned losses into profits, achieving a magnificent reversal of net profit increasing by 1155.01% year-on-year. However, Chairman Zhou Fuyun's salary has remained unchanged. In 2013 and 2014, the annual salary was 131,600 yuan. The annual salaries of Vice Chairman Liu Rong and Board Secretary Ye Aimin dropped slightly in 2014, to 515,800 yuan and 512,400 yuan respectively.

Among the executive salaries of 14 companies, the lowest and the highest annual salaries in 2014 both appeared in the LED midstream field. Xing Qibin, chairman of Jufei Optoelectronics, topped the list with an annual salary of 992,100 yuan. Although Li Zhijiang, chairman of Wanrun Technology, "ranked" second with an annual salary of 904,600 yuan, his year-on-year growth rate was as high as 148%. In contrast, Gong Weibin, chairman of Ruifeng Optoelectronics, is much more low-key. His annual salary in 2014 was 576,600 yuan, an increase of only 1,500 yuan.

Generally speaking, "salary increase" is still a common phenomenon in the packaging field in 2014. Compared with these chairman of the board who often earn an annual salary of more than 500,000 yuan, the salary of Deng Zichang, chairman of Changfang Lighting, has to be said to be less. In 2013 and 2014, it was 360,000 yuan. The general manager Deng Ziquan's salary in 2014 was 325,000 yuan, an increase of 25,000 yuan from 2013. Li Haijian, who is also the secretary to the board of directors, financial director, and deputy general manager, received a salary of 282,000 yuan in 2014, an increase of 18,000 yuan from 2013.

Among them, Leyard Chairman Li Jun's salary was 267,200 yuan, an increase of 1,200 yuan; Unilumin Technology Chairman Lin Mingfeng's salary was 393,000 yuan, an increase of 94,000 yuan.

The salaries of Lianjian Optoelectronics executives have collectively gone up. Chairman Liu Hujun's annual salary in 2014 was 773,100 yuan, an increase of 165,100 yuan from 2013; director Xiang Jianyong's salary was 928,100 yuan, an increase of 188,100 yuan, ranking second in the salary list; board secretary Zhong Juying's salary was 242,900 yuan, an increase of 18,900 yuan.

As for Absen, which was listed in July 2014, the salaries of its chairman Ding Yanhui and deputy general manager Ren Yonghong are 754,400 yuan and 701,000 yuan respectively. They are among the best in both the LED display field and the entire LED field.

From the perspective of the lighting field, the salaries of the chairman of Sherrett and Jiawei Co., Ltd. have shown amazing consistency: neither increase nor decrease. The salary of Chai Guosheng, chairman of Xuelite, was 500,000 yuan in both 2013 and 2014, while Ding Kongxian, chairman of Jiawei Co., Ltd., was willing to be a "ruziniu", and his salary in 2013 and 2014 was 00,000 yuan.

Among them, the salary of Li Li, vice chairman of Jiawei Co., Ltd. dropped by 49,500 yuan in 2014, and the salary of board secretary Peng Qinwen dropped by 23,800 yuan. The salary of Xulett's senior executives is "in line" with that of the chairman. The salaries of director and vice president Chai Hua and board secretary Xian Shuzhong have remained unchanged at 180,000 yuan and 350,000 yuan respectively.
