Foshan Lighting’s 1.095 billion fund-raising project was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration

On August 31, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued an announcement approving the registration of Foshan Electrical and Lighting Co., Ltd.'s issuance of stocks to specific objects.

It is reported that in March this year, Foshan Lighting released the "Plan for the Issuance of A Shares to Specific Targets in 2023" for the first time. The latest fundraising prospectus shows that Foshan Lighting is expected to raise no more than 1.095 billion yuan in additional capital this time, which will be invested in automation transformation and digital transformation construction projects, Hainan Industrial Park Phase I, smart street lamp construction projects, and R&D center construction projects. The detailed planning content of each project is as follows:

Foshan Lighting Automation Transformation and Digital Transformation Construction Project: The project will solve the existing production capacity bottleneck of Foshan Lighting. It plans to carry out technical transformation of the LED product production line, update equipment, improve the level of workshop automation production, and use Internet of Things technology to create a highly automated and information-based intelligent manufacturing system to carry out digital transformation.

Foshan Lighting Hainan Industrial Park Phase I: The project plans to build production plants, production lines and supporting facilities for marine lighting equipment and other related products, add a new marine lighting product line, and focus on promoting the production of fish gathering lights, coastal lighting, aquaculture lighting and deep-sea lighting products.

Smart street light construction project: The project plans to introduce multi-functional smart light poles, smart high light efficiency Outdoor lamp production line, and completed the construction of related supporting facilities and equipment. The project combines the development trends of the smart lighting industry and adds multi-functional smart light poles and smart high-efficiency outdoor light product lines.

Car light module production and construction project: The project plans to invest in a car light module production line, and provide supporting automation equipment and personnel to expand the existing production capacity of car light module products. After the project is completed, the industrial collaboration between Foshan Lighting and its subsidiary Nanning Liaowang can be further deepened.

R&D center construction project: The project will R&D and upgrade Foshan Lighting's existing LED lighting products. The project will focus on five major directions: "healthy lighting", "intelligent lighting", "agricultural lighting", "marine lighting" and "automotive lighting".
