Recently, Huilv Ecology released its 2025 annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 1.572 billion yuan, a significant year-on-year increase of 167.74%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 88.0825 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 34.89%.
Huilv Ecology's original main business was landscaping, and it has strong project acquisition capabilities and construction capabilities in the field of high-end municipal gardens. Facing structural challenges such as the overall slowdown in the industry's growth rate and extended payment cycle in recent years, Huilv Ecology is accelerating its transformation into the optical communications field.
During the reporting period, Huilv Ecosystem's performance growth was mainly due to the company's completion of the acquisition of optical communications company Wuhan Junheng, achieving a controlling position of 51% of Wuhan Junheng's equity, and officially incorporating Wuhan Junheng into the company's consolidated statements on January 31, 2025.
Annual report data shows that the optical communications business has become the absolute performance pillar of Huilu Ecosystem. In 2025, the optoelectronic device business, mainly optical modules, AOCs and optical engines, will achieve revenue of 1.138 billion yuan, accounting for 72.39% of the company's total revenue.
Among them, AOC products performed well, contributing 650 million yuan in revenue, accounting for 41.35%; optical module products contributed 454 million yuan in revenue, accounting for 28.87%. In the optical communication business, the company has established stable cooperative relationships with well-known enterprises in the industry such as Coherent and H3C.
This fundamental change in the income structure marks that Huilv Ecology has successfully transformed from the traditional landscaping industry to a high-tech industry.
It is reported that Wuhan Junheng was founded in 2012. With the explosive growth of the global cloud computing, 5G communications and AIGC markets, Wuhan Junheng has pushed optical communication products from initial research and development to the civilian market. Its civilian optical module products now cover 10G to 800G speeds.
In terms of technology research and development, as of the end of 2025, Wuhan Junheng and its subsidiaries have owned 245 patents, covering cutting-edge inventions of high-speed optical modules such as 400G, 800G and even 1.6T. At present, the company's 400G and 800G long-distance modules based on single-mode silicon photonic technology have entered the mass production stage, and it has forward-looking layout of single-channel 200G and 1.6T ultra-high-speed products.
In terms of CPO (co-packaged optics) technology, Wuhan Junheng has mastered a number of strongly related core technologies such as silicon optical module universal optical path technology, silicon optical chip and its optical engine technology, silicon optical coupling self-detection closed-loop control solution technology, and optical phase-coinciding double lens synchronous automatic coupling technology.
Huilv Ecology stated that in the future, the company will take the optical module business as its core development strategy based on Wuhan Junheng, focusing on increasing investment in ultra-high-speed optical modules for 800G, 1.6T and above. In terms of traditional gardening business, the company will take steady development as its core strategy and strive to achieve sustainable growth based on its existing business.
