Can they be solved now? What better solutions does your company have?

Nowadays, surface-mounted lights are brighter. The green light can reach about 2000cd/㎡, while in-line lights can reach more than 4000cd/㎡, so there is still a difference in brightness. When the point spacing is relatively large, or the LE viewed from a distance on a high buildingD display screen, generally choose direct plug products. In terms of UV resistance and waterproof performance, our company does better. As for other peers, I don’t know, but overall, the waterproof performance is improved compared to the original.
2. Please talk about the current development of the outdoor surface mount market based on the company itself? Such as product price, market competitiveness, market development, consumer acceptance and feedback, etc.

Performance, price, and quality determine the competitiveness of an enterprise in the market. The current market demand for outdoor surface mount products should be very large. I feel that it has grown exponentially compared to last year, because the dot spacing is getting closer and closer, and the number of lamp beads required is also increasing. The domestic market may not be exactly the same. Although we are also growing, the growth rate is not that fast. This year, we plan to grow by about 30%.
3. Nowadays, small spacing has become a hot topic in the industry, and it has attracted widespread attention, whether indoors or outdoors. What do you think of the development of outdoor fine spacing?
Jiang Zhongyong, general manager of Hangzhou Mekal Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.: From the perspective of the development of LED displays, the dot spacing should be getting smaller and smaller. This is a trend because everyone has higher and higher image requirements. However, the point spacing will not always go down. At a certain point, it will be of little significance or there will be certain technical bottlenecks. For example, if the outdoor point spacing is below P4, it will probably be difficult to achieve. From a packaging perspective, the denser the dot spacing, the more difficult it is to waterproof.
4. In recent years, outdoor surface mount products have developed rapidly and have gradually replaced direct-plug packaging products in many occasions. Based on this, some people in the industry believe that outdoor surface-mount products will gradually erode the market share of outdoor direct-plug products in the future. Do you agree with this statement? Do you think outdoor surface mounts will completely replace outdoor direct plugs in the future?
Jiang Zhongyong, general manager of Hangzhou Mekal Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.: The market demand for outdoor surface mounts will further expand. Outdoor surface mount will dominate the market and gradually encroach on the direct-plug market share, but it will not completely replace direct-plug products, because in some specific occasions, direct-plug products are still more suitable, such as LED displays that can be seen from a distance on high-rise buildings., due to the long distance, the angle factor has little impact, and it saves power. In this case, there is no need to use a surface mount.
5. What do you think of the future development of outdoor stickers? 1) From the perspective of market development trends, where is the direction? 2) Where are the opportunities for enterprises? What aspects do companies need to focus on? 3) In addition, will the industry development encounter any bottlenecks or challenges? How should companies respond?
Jiang Zhongyong, general manager of Hangzhou Mekal Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.: From a technical perspective, the dot spacing will become denser and denser; from an industrial development trend, the concentration of LED display packaging companies will become higher and higher, and the number of participating companies will gradually decrease, while advantageous companies will remain; in terms of product performance and quality, it will gradually stabilize. After all, to a certain extent, the rate of progress will slow down. From the perspective of sales, I think it is still growing this year, maybe 15% or 20%. Although the area may not necessarily increase, because the dot spacing becomes denser, the number of lamp beads also increases.
