Fujian Jingcai Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jingcai Optoelectronics) is an LED display company established in 2005. "LED Screen Display World": What new products has your company released recently? What are the advantages compared with peers?
At the end of August this year, we independently developed a "dark horse" - the P10 door full-color LED display. This P10 door full-color LED display has three advantages: First, it uses a surface-mounted three-in-one full-color lamp, which has better consistency; Combining the lamp driver into one reduces the inductance effect between the lamp board and the driver board, resulting in low energy consumption and high reliability; third, the constant current method is used to drive the LED, and the multi-layer circuit board structure design results in even current distribution, low power consumption, and fast heat dissipation. The circuit has built-in anti-interference and black screen protection. This is the first P10 door head full-color product launched in the LED display industry, which complies with the requirements of GB4943-2001, GB9254-2008 (CLASS A), and GB17625.1-2003. It truly achieves a two-color full-color effect and subverts the limitations of single and double-color door heads. Therefore, the property has received rave reviews only two months after it was launched.
"LED Screen World": At present, the LED display industry has product homogeneity, overcapacity, and increasingly fierce price wars. What are your company's main response strategies in terms of technology research and development, product marketing, and market development?
In terms of technology research and development, Jingcai Optoelectronics has increased its investment in science and technology by establishing an internal research center and constantly launching new processes and products. At the same time, many experts and professors from the National Quality Inspection and Supervision Center, the Semiconductor Research Center of Xiamen University, the Optoelectronic Display Institute of Fuzhou University, and the School of Physics of Peking University are specially hired as technical consultants for the research center to use domestic and foreign universities and scientific research units to conduct close cooperation between "industry, academia, and research" and increase the added value of products through the company's market positioning and market orientation.
In terms of market development and product sales, the company innovates business models, establishes a professional sales team, and implements the "Thousands of Cities and Tens of Stores" plan through the Internet of Things layout of "Internet + using channels to capture terminals" to serve various domestic terminal customer groups and improve the company's sales performance. For the international market, the company will focus on channel sales, increase market development efforts, and focus on the development of markets in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, supplemented by markets in South America, Africa, and the Middle East. It will adopt various methods to build international branches and offices in order to increase the company's influence in the international market.
"LED Screen World": As the end of the year approaches, how is your company's business situation this year?
As of the end of November, Jingcai Optoelectronics’ sales of single and double-color LED displays have increased by 35% year-on-year, and the sales of full-color LED displays have more than doubled, with overall sales increasing by 56%. There is still more than a month before the New Year. Generally speaking, the last month of the year is the peak season for orders. I believe that by the end of the year, our sales can increase to more than 60%.
"LED Screen Display World": 2016 is coming, what are your company's development plans?
As we all know, after-sales service is a requirement for companies to maintain or expand market share. High-quality after-sales service can win more favor from consumers. To this end, the company will adhere to a customer-centered marketing model and equip sales channels in each region with corresponding after-sales service points. First of all, with the Quanzhou headquarters as the main axis, every region under its jurisdiction has established after-sales service stations to create a first-class customer experience platform to directly meet the needs of customers in various provinces and cities. Secondly, for the growing customer base, especially some township customers, the company will plan to form alliances with stronger township service providers to provide the most effective installation and after-sales services to township customers. Moreover, these after-sales points are not limited to cooperation with Jingcai Optoelectronics. They can flexibly provide after-sales services for various products.
2015 is the brand year and channel year of Jingcai Optoelectronics. In 2016, Jingcai Optoelectronics will use more complete channels to assist dealers in developing the next level market, and use better services to provide all users of Jingcai Optoelectronics with no worries.
"LED Screen Display World": Could you please predict the development trend of the LED display industry?
In the next two years, the competition in the LED industry will still be very fierce. The packaging form of outdoor plug-in lamps will slowly be converted to surface mount; the indoor small-pitch point spacing will be smaller, and the market demand will increase. In addition, fierce market competition will give rise to more new products, such as LED customized screens, creative screens, smart screens, zero-maintenance screens, etc. These personalized LED displays have huge market development potential, and sales are bound to surge.
