The development of wafer testers and FT testers is proceeding as planned, the engineering prototype verification of the upgraded wafer tester has been completed, and in-factory verification of key modules of the mass production prototype has begun. In the field of micro displays such as Micro LED and Micro OLED, the company develops and mass-produces signal generators, wafer inspection equipment, optical inspection and correction repair equipment, terminal finished product inspection equipment and other products.
