Jinko Electronics' edge-lit backlight device 7020 won the 2016 CITE Innovative Products and Applications

On April 8, the "CITE Innovation Night" event of the 4th China Electronic Information Expo (CITE 2016), co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, concluded successfully at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. More than 1,500 companies from around the world gathered in Shenzhen to provide electronics enthusiasts with the most sumptuous electronics feast of the year.

At the CITE 2016 Innovation Night Awards Ceremony, Guangdong Jinko Electronics Co., Ltd.’s edge-type backlight device 7020 stood out and won the “2016 CITE Innovation Product and Application Award” gold medal for its outstanding industrial design, user-friendly experience and leading new TV backlight technology.

In response to the new market demand for LED backlights, Jinko Electronics has already conducted a series of new technology research and development as early as 2010. Jinko Electronics uses white light chip technology: wafer-level manufacturing process, gold wire-free packaging process, LED chips coated with phosphor powder, and directly welded to the circuit substrate using SMT method, and gradually launches CSP products that meet the needs of multi-level markets. The edge-type backlight device 7020 is one of the classic representative products. 7020, optimize the chip and improve the heat dissipation channel, and the pulse current is increased from 120mA to 160mA.
