Lianchuang Optoelectronics (600363) announced on the evening of March 4 that in order to realize the complementary advantages of all parties and strengthen industry-research cooperation, the company plans to conduct strategic cooperation with the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Superconducting Technology Co., Ltd. in the research and industrialization of high-temperature superconducting induction heating devices. The three parties plan to sign a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement."
The Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was established in Beijing in 1958 and has a history of more than 50 years. It is the only national research institution currently engaged in electrical scientific research in my country. Shanghai Superconductor is currently mainly engaged in the R&D and production of second-generation high-temperature superconducting strips, as well as the R&D and manufacturing of superconducting power equipment based on second-generation high-temperature superconducting strips.
The scope of the three-party cooperation mainly includes the R&D and design of the overall superconducting induction heating equipment and each component; the R&D, design and debugging of equipment preparation and assembly processes; and the industrialization of superconducting induction heating equipment. The three parties agreed to set up a research and development team for superconducting induction heating equipment to cooperate.
On the basis of success, the three parties will jointly set up a company for industrial cooperation.
