On February 5, Shenzhen Lianyu Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lianyu Optoelectronics") added a new investment enterprise, Guangdong Lianyu Hardware Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lianyu Hardware Products").

Tianyancha shows that the business scope of Lianyu Hardware Products includes, general items: hardware product research and development; hardware product manufacturing; hardware product wholesale; lighting equipment manufacturing; lighting equipment sales; lamp sales; mold manufacturing; mold sales; forgings and powder metallurgy products manufacturing; forgings and powder metallurgy products sales; metal surface treatment and heat treatment processing; mechanical parts and components processing; non-ferrous metal rolling processing; non-ferrous metal alloy sales; import and export of goods; technology import and export.

According to data, Lianyu Optoelectronics focuses on the R&D, production and sales of medium and high-power LED lighting products. The products are mainly used in outdoor and industrial lighting fields, and continue to expand into special lighting fields such as plant lighting, sports lighting, and explosion-proof lighting. On November 9, 2023, Lianyu Optoelectronics was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Since its establishment, Lianyu Optoelectronics has focused on the North American LED outdoor and industrial lighting markets, adhered to a differentiated competition strategy, and gradually expanded to the global market. At present, Lianyu Optoelectronics mainly provides differentiated and customized LED lighting products for international brands or regional brands through ODM mode.

In terms of customers, Lianyu Optoelectronics has successfully developed well-known North American and global lighting companies such as LEDVANCE, SIGNIFY, RAB LIGHTING, and HUBBELL, and has gradually expanded into markets such as Europe and Asia with the help of the global sales network of international brands.

In terms of performance, from 2020 to 2022, Lianyu Optoelectronics achieved revenue of 632 million yuan, 1.225 billion yuan, and 1.090 billion yuan, and net profits attributable to the parent company were 59.046 million yuan, 106 million yuan, and 134 million yuan respectively. In the first three quarters of 2023, Lianyu Optoelectronics achieved revenue of 1.043 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.04%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 134 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.37%.

At the same time, based on actual operating conditions and preliminary calculations, Lianyu Co., Ltd. estimates that its operating income in 2023 will be 1.2-1.4 billion yuan, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company will be 115-140 million yuan.
