On August 14, on the production line of Sichuan Xinfurui Technology Development Co., Ltd., 6.7-inch heat dissipation films were continuously produced at a speed of 30 sheets per minute. Soon, these heat dissipation films will be sent to the Mianyang BOE factory not far away for use on mobile phone screens. "Recently, our order volume has increased by 20% month-on-month, and the equipment is operating at full capacity." said the person in charge of the production line of Sichuan Xinfurui Technology Development Co., Ltd. According to statistics, the company's annual output of cooling films this year is expected to reach 25 million pieces, with an output value of nearly 120 million yuan.

Sichuan Xinfurui Technology Development Co., Ltd. is just a microcosm of the development of the local new display industry.
From a high-altitude view, Mianyang High-tech Zone (Mianyang Science and Technology City Direct Management Zone) has two giant factories in this area, namely Mianyang BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. and Changhong Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. Around these two leading companies in the new display industry, there are a series of industry chain-related supporting partners.

The electronic information industry is Mianyang’s traditional advantageous industry. In conjunction with the industrial development plan, Mianyang High-tech Zone has targeted the “screen” segment, relying on Mianyang BOE and Changhong, the two major “chain master” enterprises in the industrial chain, to continuously extend the industrial chain.
In order to accelerate the improvement of the modern industrial system, Mianyang High-tech Zone has successively constructed Area A, Area B and Area C of the new display industrial park. Adhering to the "three new development concepts" of space intensiveness, enterprise concentration, and industry agglomeration, and tailor-made modern standard factories in response to the common needs of new display supporting enterprises, it provides "package check-in" for investment companies to quickly settle in, realizing "building a park and settling a group of enterprises", and effectively promoting the "momentum" of related industries.
In Area A of the New Display Industrial Park, Vertiv Technology (Mianyang) Co., Ltd. is accelerating the debugging of equipment. According to Liu Qingtao, head of Vitti Mianyang, the company plans to officially put into production in the third quarter of this year.

The core of the arrival of these companies lies in the two major "chain owner" companies. Mianyang BOE's main products are small and medium-sized flexible AMOLED module screens for display terminal products; Sichuan Changhong Electronics Holding Group Co., Ltd.'s leading product is 8K TVs, with a domestic market share of 90%.
Data show that the output value of Mianyang BOE will exceed 18.5 billion yuan in 2022 and the output value in the first half of 2023 will exceed 12.19 billion yuan; the output value of Sichuan Changhong Electronics Holding Group Co., Ltd. will exceed 47 billion yuan in 2022 and the output value in the first half of 2023 will exceed 21.97 billion yuan.
With leading enterprises as the core, the improvement of the modern industrial system has also brought about the high-quality development of the Mianyang BOE New Display Industrial Park: in 2022, there will be 168 enterprises settled in the park, and 16 leading enterprises with main business income of more than 100 million yuan. Among them, 7 new display industry chain enterprises have achieved main business income of more than 118.5 billion yuan, attracted 24 industrial projects, and the total investment exceeded 47.7 billion yuan. With the acceleration of a number of settled industrial projects, the park is expected to achieve main business income of more than 130 billion yuan in 2023. We are accelerating the cultivation of Mianyang BOE's 30 billion-level "Treasure of the Town" enterprise and striving to build an important new display material and device production base in western China.
