Mingwei SM6808NQ passed AEC-Q100 certification, a new breakthrough in the field of automotive-grade chips!

Mingwei's SM6808NQ chip has passed a full range of key indicator tests in the automotive electronics reliability testing system and reached the AEC-Q100 automotive certification standard. On April 17, Xu Chuangge, senior manager of SGS China's Semiconductor and Reliability Division, issued the "AEC-Q100 certification" for SM6808NQ to Ming Microelectronics.

SM6808NQ is a car-grade 8-channel AM MiniLED driver chip. It has the characteristics of high precision, high gray scale, high reliability, low inflection point, and diverse dimming methods. It uses single-wire signal communication and is simple to route. Single channel maximum driveCurrent 80mA, supports 16bit PWM dimming and hybrid dimming, up to 23bit hybrid dimming. It can realize LED open and short circuit detection and active reporting of abnormal information to improve application security. At the same time, it supports FB to adjust 4 DC voltages at the same time to facilitate a more intelligent backlight solution. This product can be used in fields such as car roof canopies, car window transparent displays, large entertainment screens, AR-HUD, smart surfaces, smart laser headlights, etc.
