Nationstar Optoelectronics: Independently developed MicroLED mass transfer technology is now in the small batch verification stage

Recently, Nationstar Optoelectronics stated on the investor interactive platform that the company independently developed Micro LED mass transfer technology and is now in the small batch verification stage.

IT House has learned that in September this year, Nationstar Optoelectronics announced the launch of a new second-generation Micro LED product - nStar Ⅱ. nStar Ⅱ is a 3.5-inch glass-based Micro LED full-color display with a pixel pitch of 300 microns (P0.3). It uses TFT driver to achieve an 8-bit (256 gray scale) color depth display effect.

Nationstar Optoelectronics stated that the nStar Ⅱ glass-based active drive Micro LED display uses mass transfer technology to bond Micro LED microchips to the glass substrate and uses TFT drivers to achieve high-definition screen display.

According to reports, Nationstar Optoelectronics is currently engaged in mass transfer, eutectic bonding, and quantum dot full-colorIt has made breakthroughs in many key technologies in the field of Micro LED, such as chemicalization, detection and repair, and high-reliability packaging. It has applied for more than 100 invention patents in the field of Mini/Micro LED.
