Ridarson: Double profit growth in 2022

Recently, Ridarson announced its performance report. In 2022, Ridarson achieved revenue of 7.557 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.68%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 494 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 64.04%.

Leadersen is mainly engaged in products in the Internet of Things field such as LED lighting products, smart homes and smart buildings. Overseas markets are its important source of revenue and profits. In recent years, Leadersen has also been actively exploring the domestic market.

During the reporting period, Ridarson adhered to the foundry business and brand business strategies, and achieved performance breakthroughs by increasing investment in the domestic market. It is reported that in the domestic market, Lidaxin is deeply involved in the field of education, relying on the accumulation of Internet of Things technology, actively extending products and services from educational lighting to smart classrooms, smart campuses, and smart education management platforms, and gradually building a smart education ecosystem.

On the same day, Lidarxin also announced its performance forecast for the first quarter of 2023. Lidarxin said that due to the impact of overseas economic instability and short-term fluctuations in market demand, the net profit attributable to the parent company in the first quarter is expected to be 30.92 million yuan to 37.79 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 67.56% to 60.35%.

Fuman Micro: Net profit turns from profit to loss

Fuman Micro focuses on analog integrated circuit business, and its main applications cover video display, wireless communications, storage, power management and other fields.

In 2022, Fuman Micro was affected by changes in the macroeconomic environment at home and abroad. Global consumption was weak, end customer demand declined, and the company's overall sales scale and revenue were lower than expected. During the reporting period, Fuman Micro’s revenue was 771 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 43.70%; net profit attributable to the parent company turned from profit to loss.

At present, Fuman Micro's main product business is LED control and driver chips and power management chips. During the reporting period, revenue from new LED lights, LED control and driver products was 326 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 59.99%, and its proportion of revenue dropped from 59.47% in 2021 to 42.26%;

Power management chip revenue was 302 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.83%, and its proportion of revenue increased from 26.48% in 2021 to 39.11%.

Fumanwei said that in 2023, the company will continue to reduce costs and gain gains, deepen the improvement of company management, continue to find new business growth points, broaden and improve the company's product line; in addition, the company will also accelerate the construction of fundraising projects to promote production and efficiency.

Zhilifang: Net cash flow increased by 722.20%

Zhilifang is mainly engaged in industrial automation equipment, and its products are mainly used in optical, electrical, mechanical and other functional testing links of customer products in consumer electronics, atomized electronics, semiconductors, and other fields. Smart Cube's downstream customers include Apple, Goertek, Hon Hai Group, Luxshare Precision, Sunny Group, etc.

In 2022, Zhilifang achieved revenue of 508 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 7.35%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 117 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.48%; net cash flow generated from operating activities was 92 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 722.20%.

Zhilifang said that during the reporting period, the company relied on the core technology and experience accumulated in the field of automation equipment to actively carry out the application and promotion of industrial equipment in related products in other industries. In the future, the company will continue to focus on mobile terminals and wearable devices as its main development lines, focusing on allocating strategic resources to industries such as e-cigarettes and semiconductors.

It is worth noting that Zhilifang has previously stated that the company has some standard machines in the Mini/Micro LED field, including OI equipment and sorting machine equipment, and its products have received small batch orders.
