On August 8, Qingsong Lighting and Haier Commercial Display signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and the two parties formally reached a strategic partnership. The cooperation focuses on the field of smart commercial displays and aims to jointly create a smart home appliance experience for users through strong alliances and resource sharing.

It is understood that Qingsong Lighting was founded in 2002 and integrates four major business sectors: lighting business, transportation business, intelligent business, and investment business. Its business covers indoor and outdoor lighting projects, special lighting projects, LED intelligent display systems, etc.; while Haier Commercial Display is committed to providing smart solutions for smart office, smart education, giant screen display and other scenarios.

According to incomplete statistics, in addition to the above-mentioned cooperation, many companies have recently formed strategic alliances to jointly expand the display market, including Chenxian Optoelectronics, Junyi Digital, Haimixing, PIXREAL, Bonton Technology and other companies.

On August 8, Chenxian Optoelectronics and Junyi Digital reached a strategic cooperation in the field of LED display; on July 16, Haimixing reached a cooperation with Fuzhou University and others to jointly focus on new display technologies; PIXREAL and Potion Technology reached a cooperation in June to jointly promote the development of LED display technology. In the same month, Yuantai established a cooperation with AUO to jointly create large-scale color e-paper displays.

It is worth mentioning that although Qingsong Lighting focuses on the lighting business, its cooperation with Haier Commercial Display highlights the company's strategic expansion into the field of display technology. In addition, since this year, many companies in the lighting field have cooperated to expand the market and enhance competitiveness. The scope of cooperation covers smart lighting, architectural lighting, industrial lighting and automotive lighting and other fields.

In the field of smart lighting, Leyard and Opple Lighting signed a strategic agreement on August 7, planning to cooperate in smart lighting and other aspects; Beiwei and Kuzhai Technology (Yeeweilian) announced their cooperation in the field of smart lighting technology in May; in addition, Jinyun Zhilian and Yeelight signed a cooperation agreement in the smart home field in February.

In the field of architectural lighting, Hongli Zhihui reached a cooperation agreement with Nanchang Economic Development and Production Control Group on June 5. The two parties have established a long-term close cooperative relationship around lighting fixtures and main building materials in the fields of market development and technological innovation.

In the field of industrial lighting, Xuyu Optoelectronics and Dijing Optoelectronics reached a cooperation in March. The two parties have carried out in-depth cooperation in the field of industrial lighting on low-carbon, high-power and ultra-high light efficiency lighting technologies.

In the field of automotive lighting, Debon Lighting signed a cooperation agreement with Kongxiang Automobile in January. Kongxiang Technology mainly develops its layout in the fields of CMS electronic rearview mirrors and electric rear wings. Last year, Debon Industrial Investment completed a tens of millions of yuan Pre-A round investment in Kongxiang Technology. The financing will be mainly used to accelerate the mass production development and implementation of the company's CMS products.
