Sanlipu: Planned to increase RMB 550 million

On April 13, Sanlipu announced that the company had signed a conditionally effective share subscription agreement with Shenzhen Sanliteng Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sanliteng") and planned to raise no more than 550 million yuan by issuing A shares to specific targets to supplement the company's liquidity and repay bank loans.

The number of shares issued this time will not exceed 25,664,955 shares, accounting for 30% of the company's total share capital before the issuance. The issuance price is determined to be 21.43 yuan per share.

It is reported that Sanlifeng is a company controlled by Zhang Jianjun, the actual controller of Sanlipu, and Sanlifeng is a related party of the company, so this issuance constitutes a related transaction. In addition, after the completion of this issuance, except for the related transactions disclosed by Sanlipu in regular reports or temporary announcements, the company and Sanlifeng and its controlling shareholders and actual controllers will not have other related transactions resulting from this issuance.

Sanlipu said that this fundraising will help optimize the company's capital structure, enhance the company's financial strength, and support the development of the company's main business. Market analysts pointed out that Sanlifeng, as a related party of the company, fully subscribed, showing its confidence in the company's future development, but it still needs to pay attention to the progress of regulatory approvals and the efficiency of fund use in the future.

According to data, Sanlipu’s main business is the research and development, production and sales of polarizer products. The company’s main products are TFT series and black and white series polarizers.

In 2025, the company achieved operating income of 3.688 billion yuan, an increase of 42.41% over the same period last year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 47.0869 million yuan, a decrease of 30.85% over the same period last year.
