Sanxiong Aurora LED intelligent lighting production base construction project refreshes progress

On September 25, the official website of the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau released the "Announcement on Verification and Acceptance of Construction Project Planning Conditions for the LED Intelligent Lighting Production Base Construction Project (Factory Building, Dormitory Building) of Guangdong Sanxiong Aurora Lighting Co., Ltd."

It is reported that the LED intelligent lighting production base construction project is implemented by Sanxiong Aurora and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhaoqing Sanxiong Aurora Lighting Co., Ltd. The implementation address is No. 1, Lanbei Road, Lanhe Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, Liangdibu Industrial Zone, Lanhe Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, and No. 59 Dawang Avenue, Zhaoqing High-tech Zone.

Sanxiong Aurora is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of semiconductor lighting and lighting control products, and provides supporting lighting solution design, installation and debugging services. The company is headquartered in Guangzhou and has three major production bases in Guangzhou, Zhaoqing and Chongqing. Its products cover the fields of light source appliances, commercial lighting, engineering lighting, outdoor lighting, home lighting, intelligent lighting and electrical ventilation and heating.

In the first half of 2025, the company achieved operating income of 819 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.49%, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was a loss of 24 million yuan. The decline in net profit was mainly affected by intensified market competition and increasing price pressure. The comprehensive gross profit margin in the first half of the year was 28.69%, a year-on-year decrease of 4.55 percentage points.
