By 2027, the province’s “visual” and “audio” industry advantages will be further highlighted, the core competitiveness of enterprises will be significantly enhanced, application scenarios will be comprehensively enriched, the resilience and safety level of the industrial chain and supply chain will be significantly improved, and the province will basically build a nationally leading audio-visual electronics industry cluster with global influence and a new highland for integrated applications.
In terms of key areas, the "Opinions" propose to strengthen the new advantages of high-end TV. Accelerate the improvement of the intelligent and green level of existing leading products such as LCD TVs, continue to increase the market share of high-end products, and consolidate and expand our leading advantages. We will further enrich laser TV categories, actively deploy smart projection and other products, and continue to expand market capacity. Make breakthroughs in key new display technologies such as Micro/Mini LED and form industrialization and large-scale market promotion capabilities as soon as possible.
Develop new commercial display scenarios. Focus on the needs of industry scenarios such as education, conferences, transportation, exhibitions, medical care, entertainment, etc., improve the production scale and technological level of interactive screens, electronic whiteboards, LED large screens, medical displays, laser projections and other products, and support enterprises in transforming from product sellers to multi-scenario solution providers.

Focus on forged long plates, accelerate the construction of Jinan Micro/Mini LED modules, Qingdao LED high-definition display terminal intelligent manufacturing, Yantai infrared imaging complete machines, Weifang high-end virtual reality complete machine products, key technology research and development and industrialization projects, and form an industrial scale as soon as possible.
