Shiyun Circuit plans to invest in LED company Lair Technology

On July 5, Shiyun Circuit announced that the company signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Guangdong Tenair Investment Co., Ltd., and the company planned to transfer 7.759 million unrestricted shares of Lyle Technology held by Tenair, accounting for 5% of the total share capital of Lyle Technology. The transfer price was 19.74 yuan/share, and the total transfer price was approximately 153 million yuan.

In addition, the company also signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Lyle Technology. The two parties reached cooperation intentions in terms of technological innovation and joint research and development, resource exchange and collaborative development, global sales network co-construction and channel sharing, supply chain collaborative optimization cooperation, industrial chain collaboration and strategic investment layout, etc.

Shiyun Circuit is a company specializing in the production of double-sided boards, multi-layer boards, HDI, flexible boards, rigid-flex boards, metal substrates and other circuit boards. Its products are widely used in automotive, industrial, consumer, computer and peripheral products, communications and medical products and other fields.

Founded in 2004, Lair Technology is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of functional adhesive films and application products such as FFC, LED flexible circuit boards, new energy carbon-coated foils, carbon nanotubes and other new materials.

Laer Technology has established three major industrial bases centered in Guangdong and radiating to the central and southwest regions. It also has new material R&D centers in Guangdong and Sichuan. In the first quarter of 2025, operating income was 165 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 65.94%, and net profit attributable to the parent company was 11 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.87%.

Shiyun Circuit stated that the company's agreement to acquire 5.00% of Lyle Technology's shares in this agreement is mainly based on its optimism about its future development prospects, and it will carry out business cooperation and resource integration in the fields of automotive electronics, new energy batteries, low-altitude flight, humanoid robots, AI servers, etc., without seeking control.
