As a large-volume and wide-ranging lighting product, there are many manufacturers of absorbent lamps. Companies change production every year, and small-scale companies continue to join. Many small businesses simply select hot-selling products to imitate, and then procure parts and components for assembly. Since many companies do not know much about product requirements, they are affected by market and cost factors during the imitation process, resulting in various deviations that do not comply with national standards. This current situation in the lighting industry has resulted in a low quality of lamps and lanterns. To sum up, there are mainly the following problems with absorbing lamps.
NO.1
The cross-sectional area of the internal wiring of the lamp/the cross-sectional area of the external wiring is less than 0.5mm2/0.75mm2. The cross-sectional area of wires that are too small is a major safety hazard for lamps. Once a fault occurs and a large current is generated, the wires will be burned before the power supply branch circuit insurance system is activated, leading to safety accidents such as fire or electric shock.
NO.2
The durability of the absorbing lamp<< does not meet the standard requirements. The main reason is that the rectifier used in fluorescent absorbing lamps does not pass the standard. In particular, the electronic rectifier does not have an abnormal state protection device. Under abnormal conditions, the electronic rectifier will be damaged or burned out immediately, making the lamp unable to continue to be used or becoming dangerous.
NO.3
The insulating material used in the absorbing lamp<< is not heat-resistant or fire-resistant. In particular, fluorescent lamps use a lot of insulating materials, such as lamp holders, starters, etc., so problems in this area are very prominent. The fixed live parts in the lamps must be in place or the insulating materials used for electric shock protection must be heat and fire resistant to prevent these insulating materials from being deformed, burned and other dangers caused by long-term overheating and sparks, and invalidating the original electric shock protection performance of the lamps.
NO.4
The processing technology of the lamps is rough, and there are potential safety hazards during assembly and use. If there are sharp angles at the corners of the thin plate parts of the lamp, installation and maintenance personnel may be injured; if there are sharp angles or burrs in the internal wiring, the insulation layer of the internal wires may be easily punctured during the installation process, posing potential safety hazards such as short circuits and electric shocks.
NO.5
The structural design or selected key components of the lamp do not meet the requirements for protection against electric shock. This will cause people to easily touch live parts when the lamp is installed and used or when the light source is changed or the starter is turned on. For example, the screw lamp holder that does not meet the requirements exposes the lamp cap, the live pins caused by the fluorescent lamp holder that does not meet the requirements are exposed, and the unreasonable structural design of the lamp exposes the printed circuit board of the open electronic rectifier. These unsafe structures cause the lamp to be incompatible with the protection against electric shock.
NO.6
The disturbance voltage of the absorbing lamp<< exceeds the standard. Harassment voltage is a type of radio harassment, and its harm is that it will affect electrical appliances in a large frequency band area. At present, the large amount of electromagnetic disturbance has caused environmental pollution. When the disturbance voltage of the lamp exceeds the limit value, it will affect the normal operation of surrounding radio and television reception and instrumentation and equipment, resulting in the inability to listen to and watch radio and television normally and the failure of instrument control.
