At the meeting, the Shunqing District People's Government and Huike Co., Ltd. formally signed a contract. Huike plans to invest approximately 10 billion yuan to build a full-color M-LED new display chip base project in Shunqing District, with a designed monthly production capacity of 1 million pieces.
The project is promoted in three phases, of which the monthly production capacity is planned to be 150,000 pieces, mainly producing new full-color M-LED display chips. Huike Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. It is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the research and development, production and sales of video consumer electronics products.
Currently, Huike has deployed 4 8.6-generation high-generation panel production lines and 7 display terminal production bases in 10 cities including Chongqing, Mianyang, Changsha, and Zhengzhou, forming a complete industrial chain from display panels to complete terminals.
Market data shows that Huike occupies a leading position in the field of large-size TV panels and complete machine OEMs. Its 85-inch LCD TV panel shipments in 2024 and global OEM shipments of super-large sizes above 85 inches rank first in the world.
In addition to the TV field, Huike's display technology is also widely used in monitors, smartphones, laptops, vehicle displays and tablet devices, etc., continuing to promote the upgrading of the display industry towards ultra-high definition, intelligence and scene-based applications.
