High-standard clean room construction is the cornerstone of R&D and production

The pilot line is located in the NanoCity Industrial Park and equipped with a 100-level clean room. Its factory operation system has been strictly debugged in multiple rounds to ensure that temperature, humidity, air cleanliness, airflow, pressure difference, ESD and other indicators meet national standards. The first batch of equipment was moved into the mark Micro Nine Photoelectric Micro led pilot line officially put into use. The pilot line is mainly for the field of Micro led for AR small size and high PPI and automotive applications, establishing a Micro led development yield monitoring and improvement system, and tackling the bottleneck of Micro led full-color technology.

The introduction of this pilot line will further enhance the market competitiveness of micro-nine products, better respond to growing market demand, and lay the foundation for subsequent mass production. The company has reached cooperation intentions with a number of industrial chain customers, and the core products will be gradually introduced to customers after the mass production of the production line.

With the smooth move-in of the equipment, the pilot line will be officially put into use. Micro-Jiu Optoelectronics will further accelerate the commercialization process of Micro LED technology and provide more efficient and reliable solutions to domestic and foreign customers.
