On September 20, according to the Propaganda Department of Nanjing Jiangning District Committee, the first phase of Nanjing Guozhao Optoelectronics' OLED micro-display device expansion project was officially completed and put into production.
It is reported that Nanjing Guozhao Optoelectronics' OLED micro-display device expansion project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covering an area of 50 acres, and a total planned construction area of 45,000 square meters. The project plans to build a 12-inch silicon-based OLED (also known as MicroOLED) micro-display device production line and an 8-inch silicon-based Micro-LED mass production line. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 12-inch wafers and 8-inch wafers, achieving an annual output of 4 million displays, and will add an additional output value of 1.3 billion yuan.
According to reports, the first phase of the project to be put into production has an investment of 400 million yuan and a construction area of about 25,000 square meters. At present, the core production capacity carrier of the first phase - a production line with an annual output of 4 million units of ultra-high-resolution silicon-based OLED microdisplays has completed equipment installation and debugging and has been officially put into production and operation.
