"We were not familiar with Loudi before, but after arriving we felt like we were back home," said Liu Shaoshan, project leader of the Semiconductor Industrial Park: "Since the launch of the project, leaders at all levels in Loudi City have been very concerned about it, and the dedicated project service has been in place, handling procedures and coordinating tasks. "Dun basically does not require us to worry about it, allowing us to concentrate on construction, and the project construction progress is faster than the original plan." According to reports, since the start of the project, the construction team has taken advantage of the fine weather, 30 sets (sets) of large-scale equipment have been working non-stop, and more than 800 construction personnel have worked at off-peak hours. Equipment procurement has begun to ensure that the two projects will be put into production in the first quarter of next year.
In order to speed up the progress of project construction, Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone established a district leadership liaison mechanism and implemented "one project, one promotion plan, one hanging point, one leader, one dedicated work class". At the same time, it introduced investment expansion and tough action and evaluation plans to provide all-round services for the development of industrial projects and achieve "fast start, fast progress, and fast completion" of the project. Since the beginning of this year, key industrial projects in the district's "Material Valley" have been solidly advanced. Three tens-billion-level projects including Lianyang Iron and Steel Line 1580, VAMA Phase II, and Cold-rolled Silicon Steel Phase I have been put into production. Projects such as Cold-rolled Silicon Steel Phase II, Semiconductor Display New Materials Industrial Park, Zhongke Nano, Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium New Materials, and Wenchang New Materials have started construction, and the scene is full of enthusiasm.
In 2023, the total investment in key projects in 57 provinces and cities in Loudi Economic Development Zone is 75.248 billion yuan, and the annual planned investment is 14.521 billion yuan. From January to September, an investment of 12.47 billion yuan was completed, completing the annual plan 85.88% of the investment; the total investment in 9 provincial key projects was 40.307 billion yuan, and the annual planned investment was 6.5 billion yuan. The investment from January to September was 5.138 billion yuan, completing 79.05% of the annual planned investment.
