Three-party cooperation, a new company enters LED display

On May 12, Ningbo GQY Video Co., Ltd., Sound King Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Weishi Commercial Display Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Kaifeng, Henan, and announced the joint establishment of Ningbo Jingying King Display Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingying King"), trying to open up the closed loop of "display + audio + integration" through a joint venture entity.

According to public information, the core logic of this cooperation lies in the deep complementarity of industrial chain advantages. The three parties' deep accumulation in display, audio, manufacturing and channel dimensions have jointly built the core capability base of the new company "Crystal Shadow King".

On the display side, GQY Video is an early listed company in the domestic large-screen display field. Its actual controller is the Kaifeng Municipal People's Government. It has more than 30 years of experience in the field of splicing screen display applications, and has complete software and hardware R&D capabilities and visualization solution experience such as DLP, LCD and small-pitch LEDs. In this cooperation, GQY Video, as the initiator and major shareholder, will export display technology and R&D capabilities.

On the audio side, Sound King Electronics, as the 14th leading company in the top 225 global professional audio and musical instrument industries, has 38 years of audio technology accumulation and has full-chain audio and video system capabilities from R&D, manufacturing to project delivery. It has served top projects such as the Olympic Games and the G20 Summit. Its entry provides the joint venture with professional audio technology endorsement and high-end project access capabilities.

On the manufacturing and channel side, Weishi Commercial Display is a cutting-edge LED commercial display established in 2023. Although it has been established for a short time, it has automated production equipment and a flexible global marketing service network, which will provide the new company with large-scale manufacturing support and market response speed.

It is worth noting that Jingyingyingwang has clarified the strategic direction of "intelligent audio-visual display integration", focusing on the development of small-pitch LED, commercial large-screen and audio-visual integrated systems.

This strategy accurately captures the current trend of the B-side large-screen market transforming from single hardware competition to comprehensive solutions. Faced with application scenarios such as command and control centers, high-end conferences, cultural tourism and performing arts, customers have increasingly urgent needs for integrated solutions of "display + listening + control", and a pure hardware price war is no longer a long-term solution.
