The patent abstract shows that the present invention discloses a Mini LED backlight and a display screen with a Fresnel lens diffuser plate. The Mini LED backlight of the Fresnel lens diffuser plate includes: a diffuser plate and a lamp panel assembly. The lamp panel assembly includes a lamp panel and several LED components arranged on the lamp panel. The diffuser panel is arranged above the lamp panel assembly. A receiving groove is formed at the bottom of the diffuser panel corresponding to the LED components. A Fresnel lens structure is formed on the top of the diffuser panel corresponding to each of the LED components. The beneficial effects of the present invention are that it uses a Fresnel lens diffuser plate to reduce the cost and thickness of the backlight, and improves the reliability of the product; it can be applied to Mini LED display screens and Micro LED display screens.
