HiDong Vision's visual command and dispatch center solution, with the Sigma system as the core, is based on IP network for signal transmission, decentralized design, and platform-level centralized management to conduct unified dispatch and management of emergency command halls, research rooms and other element rooms. One-stop centralized management and control simplifies emergency command operation management. At the same time, full-link audio and video visual management and control are intuitive and efficient.
With the help of distributed full-network IP and decentralized architecture design and lossless image compression algorithm, the transmission efficiency is improved to meet the needs of multi-type data display, control, and retrieval of equipment terminals in multiple office areas, and to realize command center resource sharing and hierarchical management;
Through the splicing processor, it is connected to the large screen and all video sources on the screen to realize arbitrary switching and layout adjustment of large screen content. Multimedia server supports large-screen 8K point-to-point clear and smooth display;
The audio processor controls sound pickup, amplification, tuning, etc. in the scene to improve the quality of sound and the accuracy of transmission; the intelligent central control can connect to environmental equipment such as sound, light, electricity, etc. to meet centralized management and control; the visualization platform supports the network to connect various subsystems to achieve the needs of highly integrated and integrated deployment. A tablet completes the visual centralized management and control of many devices in the command center, improving work efficiency and convenience.

The visual command and dispatch center solution with distributed as the core, horizontally connects the command room, conference room and judgment room, vertically connects the upper and lower units of Guangping County, efficiently integrates various regional audio and video resources, effectively integrates multiple independent business systems, satisfies the "data sharing, comprehensive command and dispatch, scientific decision-making" functions of each department, and improves business management efficiency.
Adopts a network distributed system and uses 110 distributed nodes to meet the interconnection and interconnection of audio and video resources in multiple areas to achieve unified management and control; at the same time, any signal can be called and displayed on any large screen, supporting one-click sharing;
KVM agent management supports multiple machines for one person and multiple screens for one machine. Agents can use images, voice, text and other methods for comprehensive collaboration. Screen push, screen sharing, and signal switching can be performed between seats to achieve efficient collaborative command across departments.
