Recently, Tianjin Film Cube Film and Television Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shadow Cube"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wanda Film, increased its capital in Shenzhen Zhongke Chuang Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Chuang"), a subsidiary of Ruifeng Optoelectronics. After the capital increase was completed, Film Cube acquired 10% of the shares of Zhongke Chuang and became the third largest shareholder of China Science and Technology. At present, the relevant change procedures for the capital increase have been completed.
Zhongke Chuang is a leader in the laser display technology industry. Relying on the company's original embedded RGB direct coupling patented technology, it occupies an important position in the field of high-end laser projection equipment. This capital increase will strengthen the strategic partnership between Zhongke Chuang and Film Cube, and focus on complementary resources.
