Xingguang Co., Ltd. won the bid for a 22.9555 million yuan equipment procurement project

On December 19, Starlight Co., Ltd. announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Foshan Xuelite Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. recently won the bid for the "Foshan Nanhai District Jindun Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd. Equipment Procurement Project", with a total bid amount of approximately 22.9555 million yuan, and the relevant "Contract" has been signed.

According to the announcement, the counterparty to this transaction is Foshan Nanhai District Jindun Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 565 million yuan. Its registered address is located in Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan City. The actual controller is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Bureau of Nanhai District, Foshan City, which is a state-controlled enterprise. Its business scope covers the design and construction of security technology prevention systems, information system integration, electrical installation services and other businesses. It has no relationship with Xingguang Co., Ltd. and is not a person subject to execution for breach of trust.

It is understood that Xingguang Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries have signed three contracts with the above-mentioned counterparties. The specific contents are as follows:

Starlight Co., Ltd. stated that the winning project is in line with the company's development strategy of "dual carbon energy and digital smart city full-scenario services" and reflects the company's technology and project implementation capabilities in the field of smart energy-saving lighting. The winning bid amount accounts for approximately 11.96% of the company's operating income in 2024. The company's existing capital, technology and personnel configuration can ensure the smooth performance of the contract. If the contract is implemented as planned, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance and will not form business dependence on a single customer.

According to data, Starlight's business covers LED lighting, UV disinfection, automotive lighting, Internet of Things, semiconductor device manufacturing and medical beauty. In recent years, the company has continued to expand and set up a number of subsidiaries to expand into areas such as intelligent lighting, healthy lighting, information security, and quantum communications.

In the third quarter of this year, Starlight Co., Ltd. achieved operating income of approximately 76 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.49%. Net profits attributable to shareholders of listed companies turned losses into profits. In the first three quarters, the company achieved a cumulative operating income of 169 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 36.04%.
