The biggest feature of G1 is that its appearance is almost the same as ordinary glasses and it is ultra-thin and lightweight, making it suitable for daily use. G1 offers three frame colors: grey, green, and brown. In addition to prescription lenses and non-prescription lenses, clip-on sunglasses lenses are also available. G1 can be converted into sunglasses to facilitate switching between indoor and outdoor scenes.
In order to create a simple and lightweight appearance, G1 has hardware devices such as batteries, antennas, touch sensors, and microdisplays built into the tail of the temples.
In terms of optical performance, G1 uses an optical display solution of a single green Micro LED display + optical waveguide lens, with a resolution of 640200, a field of view of 20°, a maximum brightness of 1000nit, and a refresh rate of 20Hz. It can display clear images and text information about 2 meters away from the eyes.

In addition, G1 provides a customized display solution for prescription lenses. Through a special environmentally friendly adhesive, the prescription lenses and waveguide display lenses can be tightly combined.And eliminate ghosting and rainbow effects, the light transmittance is 98%.
In terms of functions, G1 can provide note-taking, translation, navigation, prompting, notifications, and AI function applications. In terms of AI applications, G1 can perform simple AI question and answer by connecting to third-party large models.
Information shows that Yiwen Technology was established in 2023 with a registered capital of 7.23 million yuan. It is an entrepreneurial project created by former Nut Projection CPO Wang Xiaoyi. Yiwen Technology completed angel round financing at the beginning of this year, and G1 AR glasses are Yiwen Technology’s first product.
In addition to G1 glasses, it is reported that Yiwen Technology is planning another product called G1 B. The official website shows that the product will be released soon.
