Exhibition introduction:

Yangzhou Outdoor Lighting Exhibition was founded in 2011. The last exhibition was successfully held at Yangzhou International Exhibition Center from March 28 to 30, 2021, with an exhibition area of 28,000+ square meters. Booth type and price:

Standard booth price: 6,800 yuan/9㎡ (including booth basic construction)
Raw space booth price: 900 yuan/㎡ (minimum rental of 36 square meters, not including decoration and construction)

Exhibition process:

1. The exhibitor submits the name of the unit, the nature of the exhibits, the contact person, the contact information, etc. for customer service follow-up

2. The exhibitor receives the exhibition introduction documents, booth quotation and booth map, and promptly confirms the reserved booth type and booth area

3. The exhibitor submits the booth application form/signs the booth contract, and pays the contract booth deposit

4. After the booth deposit is paid, the exhibiting unit shall submit product pictures and unit introduction to the organizing committee in a timely manner for publicity before, during and after the exhibition

5. The organizing committee will provide the exhibiting manual to the exhibiting unit according to the progress of the exhibition time, and guide the exhibiting unit to successfully complete various exhibition preparations
