When setting project goals, the designers of Huaguang Solar clearly set the production effect and process quality achieved by the entire line as the assessment goals, rather than pursuing the production capacity of a single station equipment or the recovery cycle of the equipment. After that, Huayang Electronics designers focused all their efforts on solving the technical difficulties by extracting the process difficulties, and finally successfully completed the design task of the fully automated production line assigned by the company. The chief engineer of the project also added that Huayang’s LED automated production line is professionally customized with modular design, which not only greatly saves costs, but also makes it easier to modify the process as demand changes. It can flexibly reorganize each process and add or delete work stations. It is suitable for many machine models, has wide versatility, and can be compatible with more machine models.




The investment cost is low, but the technical process is quite complete. It can realize automatic loading of lamp parts, automatic wire trimming, automatic installation of lamp heads, automatic installation of rivets, automatic flipping, automatic angle detection and adjustment, automatic light source, automatic soldering, automatic testing and defective elimination. "Robots" completely replace manual labor.
