BOE announced its 2025 results: revenue of 204.59 billion, net profit of 5.857 billion

On the evening of March 31, BOE disclosed its 2025 annual report.

During the reporting period, the company achieved total operating income of 204.590 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.13%; net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 5.857 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.03%.

BOE stated that in 2025, the company’s display device business will achieve revenue of approximately 166.417 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 0.86%. Among them, the high-end LCD solution UBCell technology has led the upgrade of the entire TV product line. Black crystal and black diamond products have achieved mass production of a full range of 55- to 110-inch products; green low-carbon, circularly polarized eye-protection displays have achieved zero breakthroughs; the world's first BDCell special-shaped triple screen, integrated remote large screen and other smart cockpit projects. In the field of OLED, it launched the world's first "Tandem+TADF" wide color gamut technology, and worked with customers to create an "ultra-wide color gamut exquisite screen"; the first flat OLED 14-inch 2.8KNB product achieved mass production and was successfully introduced to many brand customers.

During the reporting period of the Internet of Things innovative business, the company achieved revenue of approximately 38.949 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 15.14%. In the field of mainstream terminals, revenue from core overseas customers of TV terminals has doubled year-on-year; MNT terminals have broken through the mid-to-high-end series products of many strategic customers; TPC terminals have become lighter and thinner, breaking through the industry limits, achieving the thinnest LCD screen tablet field; in the field of innovative terminals, the company has released "LIGHT" (Low-carbon, Integration, GreenView) Eye protection, Hi-View high image quality, TopDesign high appearance) advantageous capabilities, achieving leading shipments in multiple market segments such as whiteboards, indoor signage, projectors, POS, and electronic price tags throughout the year.

During the reporting period, the sensor business achieved revenue of approximately 587 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 52.00%. The sales volume of FPXD products has increased significantly year-on-year. The national Ministry of Science and Technology's key project "Development of High Mobility IGZTO Detectors" has completed product release; smart window smart dimming products have been launched on high-end flagship models for key customers as scheduled, and many new customers have been added; Suzhou Sensing's high-precision laser displacement sensors have been fully introduced to leading customers in the laser measurement industry, and programmable logic controller PLC products have been mass-produced; MEMS's first self-developed differential pressure airflow sensor has passed customer certification.

During the reporting period, the MLED business achieved revenue of approximately 9.316 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 9.81%. Direct display business Ultra products have realized the launch of key customer flagship store projects; jointly created MPDP0.6 double-sided poster screen products with BOE Huacan; in-depth cooperation with Shanghai Film Group in immersive experience, smart display terminals and other fields to create the Shanghai Film BOE-α super cinema benchmark project; backlight device business product competitiveness continues to strengthen, and has the conditions for mass production of new MNT products for leading brand customers.

In addition, BOE Precision has accelerated its expansion into the high-end market, with significant year-on-year growth in LTPS shipments. Its overseas strategy has effectively boosted revenue and shipments in Europe and the United States; BOE Huacan has continued to break through the mass production projects of leading customers in the industry, with stable mass production delivery of MicroLED products, and successful customer introduction and technology upgrade of GaN devices.
