According to news from the financial industry on July 12, 2024, Tianyancha intellectual property information shows that Brite Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has applied for a project called "A low-power small-area common anode LED display constant current drive circuit", with the public number CN202410749563.4, and the application date is June 2024.

The patent summary shows that the present invention discloses a low-power, small-area common anode LED display constant current drive circuit, which relates to the field of LED display processing technology. The LED display constant current drive circuit includes an LSB low-level constant current source circuit, an MSB high-level constant current source circuit and a current mirror MOSB; among which, the current mirror MOSB is connected to the LSB low-level constant current source circuit and MSB respectively. The high-order constant current source circuit is connected to provide VBIAS bias voltage to the LSB low-order constant current source circuit and the MSB high-order constant current source circuit. The LED display constant current drive circuit of the present invention uses a DAC with a current rudder-like structure and can turn off the current source before clock conversion to achieve low power consumption; at the same time, combined with charge neutralization technology, the circuit area can be further reduced.
