Focusing on Chengdu's key industries - new displays, high-end medical equipment and innovative drug industry chains, drawing a map of technological innovation, and compiling three innovative resource lists of high-energy R&D platforms, public technical service platforms, and cutting-edge scientific and technological innovation talents, to help districts (cities), counties, and parks search for the best according to the map, and attract the best and strengthen them is an effective way to unswervingly promote the construction of industrial circles and strong chains and drive Chengdu to leapfrog into a strong manufacturing city.

The reporter learned that according to the technological innovation map and innovation resource list, the upstream of the new display industry chain is materials and equipment, the midstream is panels and laser systems, and the downstream is terminal applications; the upstream of the innovative drug industry chain is raw materials and pharmaceutical equipment, and the midstream is biological products, small molecule drugs, and traditional Chinese medicine. and outsourcing services, with the downstream being medical institutions and distribution companies; the upstream of the high-end medical device industry chain is medical raw materials, components and equipment, the midstream is in vitro diagnostics, biomaterials, medical artificial intelligence, nuclear medicine, hemodialysis and medical imaging, and the downstream is medical institutions and distribution companies.

From the perspective of innovation needs - Chengdu's new display industry chain technology collected a total of 12 innovation needs, distributed in 2 links/fields of key materials and main equipment; Chengdu's innovative drug industry chain technology collected a total of innovation needs15, including 1 in the upstream and 14 in the midstream; Chengdu's high-end medical device industry chain collected a total of 24 technological innovation needs, including 13 in the upstream and 11 in the midstream.

From the perspective of innovative resources - Chengdu's new display industry chain has 1 public technical service platform and 7 cutting-edge scientific and technological innovation talents.

Chengdu's innovative drug industry chain has 15 high-level R&D platforms, such as the National Natural Medicine Engineering Technology Research Center based on the Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chengdu Di'ao Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.; 8 public technology service platforms, such as the National Engineering Research Center for Chiral Drugs based on Chengdu Likai Chiral Technology Co., Ltd.; and 7 cutting-edge scientific and technological innovation talents.

Chengdu's high-end medical device industry chain has 5 high-level R&D platforms, such as the National Enterprise Technology Center of Mike Biotechnology Co., Ltd.; 10 public technology service platforms, such as the Sichuan Precision Medicine Application Engineering Laboratory based on West China Hospital of Sichuan University; and 20 cutting-edge scientific and technological innovation talents, mainly concentrated in the upstream and midstream of the industry chain.

From the perspective of innovation results - based on the valid invention patents that have been mastered, through expert argumentation and corresponding innovation needs, 213 key core technological achievements of Chengdu's new display industry chain were identified; 199 key core technological achievements of Chengdu's innovative drug industry chain were identified; Chengdu's high-end medical device industry was identifiedThere are 204 key core technology achievements in the industry chain.

From the perspective of innovation entities - in the new display industry chain, five innovation entities in Chengdu, including Chengdu BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Chengdu Chenxian Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, have been shortlisted among the top 20 in the country in their corresponding fields.

In the innovative drug industry chain, eight innovative entities in Chengdu, including Sichuan University, Chengdu Guanyu Technology Co., Ltd., Chengdu Inodabo Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., and Sichuan University West China Hospital, have been shortlisted among the top 20 in the country in their respective fields.

In the high-end medical device industry chain, 9 innovative entities in Chengdu, including Sichuan University, Sichuan Jinjiang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Nangel Biotechnology Co., Ltd., have been shortlisted among the top 20 in the country in their corresponding fields.

From the perspective of innovation energy level - the innovation energy level is used to comprehensively judge the degree of integration and innovation capabilities of the innovation chain and the industrial chain, expressed in stars, with a maximum of five stars.

In terms of new displays, the upstream "Laser Display" main equipment innovation level is 5 stars, and the "OLED" key materials are 4 stars, which are links that require chain extension. The "LCD" key materials and "OLED" main equipment innovation levels are both 3 stars. The "MiniLED/Micro LED" key materials, "Laser Display" key materials, "LCD" main equipment, and "MiniLED/Micr"o LED" main equipment innovation energy level is 2 stars, and it is in urgent need of strengthening the chain. The midstream "LCD" manufacturing and "OLED" manufacturing are both 3 stars, and "MiniLED/Micro LED" manufacturing, and "laser display" manufacturing are both 2 stars, and it is in urgent need of strengthening the chain. The downstream "terminal application" innovation energy level is 3 stars, and it is in urgent need of strengthening the chain.
