On October 21, Tianjin Binhai announced that Yuanxu Semiconductor released its independently developed domestic first mass-produced Micro LED display product using glass-based pixel-level integrated packaging technology.

The MOG (Micro-LED on Glass) display integrates RGB pixels directly on the glass substrate. By applying ultra-precision semiconductor technology on ultra-flat glass, the main chip size is reduced to less than 50 microns.
Yuanxu Semiconductor said that through material system innovation, process reconstruction and equipment intelligence, the new product has ultra-deep black and rich picture details, and has greatly improved technical reliability and reduced chip costs. It can effectively promote the commercialization of Micro LED in ultra-high-definition scenarios such as home theaters, high-end commercial displays, and digital art displays.
In addition, Yuanxu Semiconductor also revealed that since the trial production of its Tianjin Gigafactory was launched in March this year, the company's production capacity has increased 15 times, and it has achieved a breakthrough in MOG technology in terms of R&D innovation. As market demand continues to increase, Yuanxu Semiconductor will also launch a new production expansion plan in 2026 to continue to promote the development of "glass-based display +" technology.
