Classic car lamp mold structure analysis

In mold design, automobile molds have always been considered difficult by everyone. Sometimes when you get a product, you feel unable to start. 1. Product gluing methods: There are many ways of product gluing, including bottom gluing, submersible gluing, direct gate, horn gluing, point gluing, thin nozzle to large nozzle, etc. The number of mold cavities is 2 It can be seen from the slope of the product that the front mold of the product has no structure. There are three oblique holes on the rear mold side of the product, and the directions of each oblique hole are different. The analysis results are shown in the figure below:

3. The first oblique hole in the rear mold of the product. Since the core-pulling shape of the oblique hole is very long, in order to make the oblique core-pulling guide stable, an insert is designed at the oblique extraction place, and a T-shaped slot is used to connect the core-pulling insert pin and the seat. As shown below:

4. For the second inclined hole in the rear mold of the product, since the core-drawing distance of the inclined hole is very long, in order to make the inclined core-drawing guide stable, an insert is designed at the inclined hole, and a T-shaped slot is used to connect the core-drawing insert pin and the seat. As shown in the picture below:

5. The principle of the third point of oblique extraction is the same as that of the 1st and 2nd points. They all use the insert guide, and the insert pin slides in the T-shaped slot, as shown in the picture below:

6. Product ejection method: This set of molds adopts the ordinary dome pin ejection method, as shown in the figure below:
